As the Frequency Groups Client Communications Manager, I am responsible for identifying/relaying clients’ wants and needs to our cross-functional internal team. I ensure that services are delivered on time and are up to standard in the most efficient ways possible. My goal is to collaborate with clients and my team to address any personal, professional, financial needs. I feel that empathy and respect are essential to any trusting, professional relationship-that is what our clients receive
My background includes four years in the Marine Corps, and several years of experience with sales/communications in the mortgage industry.
